From graduate to specialist
Morningtrain Academy
You are probably not quite as young as Anders in the picture but exaggeration furthers understanding.
We are definitely not afraid to hire recent graduates or self-taught digital talents. We will provide you with the necessary training in the different tools and frameworks, which are often not taught at the university, so you will become a specialist within your digital field.
We provide 2 types of training courses:
The 18-month Trainee position: We offer this training position for new graduates or self-taught talents with little practical experience. You will get a mentor in your department, who will be in charge of your training by testing you with different tasks and problems.
The 12 months Apprentice position: This position is for new graduates and self-taught talents, who have some practical experience. This position is only 12 months and includes a mentor, since a smaller training is necessary to reach the desired level.
Both positions are full-time and paid.

Betina is our SoMe- and content specialist in our Online Marketing department. Betina has a Masters in International Business Communication from the University of Southern Denmark.
Betina started working at Morningtrain in February 2021 as a SEO-apprentice and a year later in January 2022 she changed her focus to SoMe- and content.
"I sent in an unsolicited application to Morningtrain because I had been keeping up with the development of various bureaus in Odense. Morningtrain had a big presence on the different social media platforms, and I especially noticed the part of them winning the award of the healthiest workplace of 2020. I just knew that it was the place where I wanted to work. For me it is very important to be a part of an organization that puts a lot of effort into the well-being of their employees.
Furthermore, I really wanted to specialize in the SoMe field and to improve my skills in the world of online marketing. It made me very happy to see Morningtrain created a position for me, where I learned about organic SoMe through SEO among other things, and then later changed my new role to paid SoMe specialist."
Mark is a frontend-developer and specialised in coding websites and animations.
Mark has been a part of Morningtrain since January 2017 and has studied multimedia designer at Erhvervsakademiet Lillebælt. In connection with his study, he was an intern at Morningtrain for 3 months, after which we offered him a traineeship. We are happy that Mark accepted our offer.
"As a former intern in Morningtrain, I enjoyed being a part of the community. I learned incredibly much in short time and I wanted to learn even more.
The managers do a lot to make us feel good and I really appreciate that. We have a social event every month and every Wednesday, we play Morning Sports. This is a part of why Morningtrain is a great workplace!
Sometimes, I come across tasks that call for a bit more attention and consideration i order to find a solution. That is challenging but educational at the same time."
Teambuilding and sport
Teambuilding and sport is part of the culture
At Morningtrain we want to have a stimulating and physical work environment. Therefore, we have 1 hour of paid physical sports activity each week combined with 1 monthly teambuilding event. Besides that, we play soccer each Monday afternoon.
