New Website and Self-Service Makes Work Easier<\/h1><\/div>

Meta Trak, based in Faaborg, provides insurance-approved trackers for private cars, larger fleets, leasing companies, and other valuable assets. However, their robust hardware product lacked the corresponding strength in their digital foundation. With a new product-focused website and customer portal, manual processes were automated, allowing customers to experience an even more streamlined customer journey.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Problem<\/p>

Meta Trak faced the challenge of knowing they had one of the market’s best hardware trackers, but their digital infrastructure couldn’t support their brand, their strong product, and their scaling goals.This would limit future growth and competitiveness, which was not an acceptable outcome. Therefore, they partnered with Morningtrain to establish a solid digital foundation to support the business. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Plan<\/p>

The plan was to develop a digital self-service solution for all customers, so all meaningless manual work could be automated. This included everything from tracker activation to creating invoices in E-conomic for subscribers.Once the majority of customer service was automated and customer satisfaction remained high, it was time to strengthen the external part of the brand experience. Here, a product-focused website would serve as a strong channel in the scaling mission. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Result<\/p>

With Meta Trak’s new customer-focused self-service solution and the product-focused website, Meta Trak now has two strong digital products that support their advanced hardware trackers. The customer portal also frees up time to focus on scaling, and with our new flexible website, built with brand modules in WordPress CMS, the new quality website can easily be maintained by Meta Trak themselves.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n
