Danfoss IXA<\/p>

New website makes a complex buyer journey simpler<\/h1><\/div>

Danfoss IXA wanted to strengthen its digital presence with a website that better supports the commercial buyer journey. The goal was to make it easier for new target audiences to understand the company\u2019s solutions, generate more relevant enquiries, and increase brand awareness. We delivered digital strategy, design, and development of a new lead-generating website that supports those ambitions.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Challenge<\/p>

Danfoss IXA\u2019s old website was outdated, not geared towards lead generation, and so technical in its communication that it failed to convey the full value of the solutions to new target audiences.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Plan<\/p>

We developed a digital strategy with clear paths for each segment and then designed and developed a new website that uses case studies and industry expertise to attract and convert new customers.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Result<\/p>

From technical website to lead engine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Danfoss IXA is part of a highly technical industry. The more technical an industry is, the easier it is to forget that there are still people at the other end of a buyer journey. That was the starting point for the collaboration: translating a strong technical position into a clear digital route in for new customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We worked across the full journey\u2014from digital strategy to design and development of the new website\u2014so Danfoss IXA now has a website that genuinely supports the sales organisation\u2019s ambitions and does not merely describe the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed for each segment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the most important approaches in the solution has been to think in segments rather than one single target audience. Shipowners, engine manufacturers, ship designers, and shipyards have different needs and different questions when they meet Danfoss IXA digitally\u2014so the navigation and content are structured so each segment can quickly find what is relevant to them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, the website is built with a consistent look and feel and a setup that supports tracking and SEO from day one\u2014so Danfoss IXA can monitor what actually drives traffic and enquiries going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
