So if some customer information changes, you only need to change it in one place, and the entire organisation sees the same thing\u2014this is NOT necessarily the case with an Excel spreadsheet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2 \u2013 Improved customer experience through collaboration and integrations.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In line with the above, a CRM system gives you improved collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CRM systems make it possible to share customer information across the entire company. So you will not gain anything from me listing 400 software solutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And the question of which one you should choose depends very much on your business case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, I have instead listed some of the most popular systems below, along with what each of them is good for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mt-accordion mt-accordion mtSpacing-top- mtSpacing-bottom-\"><div class=\"mt-accordion__inner\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-mt-accordion-item mt-accordion-item\"><div class=\"mt-accordion-item__title-wrapper\"><h3 class=\"mt-accordion-item__title\">Salesforce<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"mt-accordion-item__content-wrapper\" style=\"display:none\"><div class=\"mt-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most widely used CRM systems, particularly popular in large sales organisations, as the system is centrally built around the sales department\u2019s day-to-day work.<br\/>The system offers a wide range of features for customer management, sales management, marketing automation and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/dk\/\">Salesforce<\/a> is easy to integrate with external systems.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mt-accordion-item mt-accordion-item\"><div class=\"mt-accordion-item__title-wrapper\"><h3 class=\"mt-accordion-item__title\">HubSpot<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"mt-accordion-item__content-wrapper\" style=\"display:none\"><div class=\"mt-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.com\/\">HubSpot<\/a> is extremely popular among marketers. The system is specifically designed for small and medium-sized businesses. HubSpot and Salesforce can do many of the same things, but it is clear that HubSpot is aimed much more at the marketing department, whereas Salesforce is aimed at the sales department.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HubSpot makes it easy to build landing pages, contact forms, set up marketing automation, etc.\u2014all to increase lead generation in the company.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mt-accordion-item mt-accordion-item\"><div class=\"mt-accordion-item__title-wrapper\"><h3 class=\"mt-accordion-item__title\">Microsoft Dynamics CRM<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"mt-accordion-item__content-wrapper\" style=\"display:none\"><div class=\"mt-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You cannot say CRM system without mentioning <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/dynamics-365\">Dynamics CRM<\/a>. Microsoft is almost the mother of CRM systems. Dynamics has become hugely popular among mid-sized and large companies because it is a Microsoft product and therefore syncs with your entire Microsoft suite (calendar, email, letterhead, Teams\u2014you name it).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like all other systems, it is a cloud-based solution, but unlike all others, there is also an \u2018on-premise\u2019 solution where the solution is installed directly on the company\u2019s own servers, which makes the system particularly secure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The benefits of Dynamics CRM are also its challenges. It is a closed system built for large companies.
