It is important to avoid making decisions simply to create change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A good rule of thumb is: \u201cDon\u2019t change just to change\u2014change to create an improvement.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This requires a critical assessment of whether the decision is necessary and will contribute positively to the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"person\">2 &#8211; Ensure that the right person\u2014not just the right role\u2014makes the decision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Decisions should be made by people who have the right context, insight, and information.
