This could be an e-book with the season\u2019s biggest trends within your market, or 10% off their first order if they sign up for the newsletter. You do this by having something specific that the enquiry should be about.<br>This could, for example, be a pop-up where the visitor, via a contact form, can request to be contacted by you instead of calling themselves where they can receive a non-binding offer or a free trial. It is a clear advantage to have something you can offer the customer that either provides value or makes things easier for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a visitor is about to get in touch, it is important that it is clear to her that she is actually contacting a person. Therefore, consider adding a photo of the person in the company who receives these enquiries, so the visitor gets the impression of having a contact person from the very start of the buying process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mt-blog-post-text-box mt-blog-post-text-box\"><div class=\"mt-blog-post-text-box__inner page-container\"><div class=\"mt-blog-post-text-box__box\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most important thing when creating a contact form is that it remains simple and easy for the visitor. You should exclude any information you do not need. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No CVR numbers, gender, or birthdays. What you should ask for is a name, a phone number, and possibly an email address, so you can reach them if they do not answer the phone. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You should remove the last field in the contact form where the visitor can type a message. You can do this because you create a contact form where it is clear exactly why someone is contacting you. Make it as easy as possible for the user, and you can always cover the rest once you are in dialogue.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"video\">3. Video<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Video is so popular today that it accounts for 50% of all online traffic.
