By creating an automated synchronization of prices, stock levels and currencies from Navision 2017, we made it possible for each customer to see their specific prices in their preferred currency. This has improved the user experience and reduced errors in pricing.
With the new dealer portal, we have thus ensured Exodraft a scalable and future-proof solution that removes administrative work from the sales team. The automatic synchronization has eliminated almost all manual data entry, which has freed up resources for other value-creating activities and reduced internal costs by an expected DKK 210,000-420,000.
