Digital design and website development
New Website to Support Merger
Odense Robotics is Denmark’s national cluster for robotics, automation, and drone technology. They bring together companies, research environments, and partners across the country to strengthen innovation, growth, talent, and internationalization.
As part of this development, we contributed with a new website to realize the merger between RoboCluster and Odense Robotics.

challenge
From two clusters to one platform – with a sharp value proposition
As the unified national cluster for robotics, automation, and drone technology, Odense Robotics needed to not only unite two content universes in one digital platform, but also sharpen their value proposition and messages for the three vastly different technology tracks.
The new website needed to accommodate multiple target groups with different intentions and ensure they encounter relevant content across companies, research environments, and members.

better user journeys
We delivered a website that went live simultaneously with Odense Robotics’ rebranding and new tagline. To realize their desire for a complete job portal, the recruitment platform HR-ON was integrated early so the integration could be tested with real data.
Throughout the process, we worked with a comprehensive sitemap where we visualized content connections, link paths, and placements, ensuring clear structure and navigation.
The solution reflects the cluster’s global statement through an innovative visual expression and user-friendly information structure, enabling both startups and job seekers from across Europe to quickly find relevant content.

Collaboration
Good planning and joint effort ensured on-time launch
The collaboration was characterized by openness and pace. A focused design workshop created shared direction and laid the foundation for a visual expression everyone could embrace.
We worked in phases with weekly status updates and joint demos, ensuring decisions were made immediately. With many stakeholders involved, we prioritized regular physical coordination meetings where dependencies were coordinated and uncertainties resolved on the spot.
The tight deadline was met because everyone contributed with high engagement – and processes, people, and technology worked together from idea to launch.
