With over 40 tools available for 22 different models and a complex set of rules, it is crucial for GreenTec that their product configurator accurately shows appropriate options for both salespeople and customers. This is achieved through an advanced rule and validation engine, which ensures correct configurations.
When customers have created the new offer, it is automatically collected in GreenTec’s self-service solution. Afterwards, dealers can reach out to the end-user themselves and help them finalize their new solution. With our new configurator, GreenTec has therefore streamlined their quotation process, saved a lot of time, and can now nurture their customer relationships even better.
