I have worked with digital strategy for ages (that is, if the person we are talking about is around 15–20 years old). My approach is always to start from the company’s overall objectives and challenges. From there, I provide tactical guidance on how digital initiatives—across platforms, channels, and customer journeys—can best support the business.
A little more about me:
Clients will find that I always strive to be well prepared, and I meet them with a listening and open-minded approach. They will also find that I am very detail-oriented and thorough in my work. I also make sure to catch the balls they throw up and bring them to life. They will also experience me as proactive and good at contributing my suggestions and ideas for the continued collaboration. As a person, I am trusting and humble, so I am not the one who speaks the loudest or first—but in return, my answers are most often well-founded and well-reasoned. I would rather wait to answer a question than give a half answer.
A good working day:
When I am allowed to get fully involved and create real change in a business, so that the “needle” moves in a positive direction. I gain energy from working across initiatives and competencies to include more parameters in the overall strategy and move the business forward as a whole.
