When we’re not building digital home bases, we’re trying to build the workplace of the future.
It may sound both lofty and preachy, but we practice it every day nonetheless.
Organizing daily work in a way that frees the individual to perform and maintain balance gives us direction and a greater purpose.
To remove the loftiness, we can get a bit concrete. We work on how elements like time tracking and reports can be minimized. We focus on delivery and good customer relationships rather than blindly focusing on minutes and hours.
Another concrete example is our ongoing focus on values through a value barometer, where we review current cases where a value was at stake.
An important element is that when you join as a new colleague at Morningtrain, you help influence the organism. We therefore expect that you will also want to help build our shared workplace.

Team building
We cultivate team spirit with monthly staff events. From LAN parties, baking school and Friday bars to craft workshops, football matches and Djurs Sommerland.
Morgensport
We do 1 hour of shared exercise at the company’s expense each week. It’s typically walks or hockey. Here’s your chance to checkmate the finance director.
Self-leadership
We care about how we work together and with our customers. Therefore, we have internal training programs focusing on self-leadership, among other things.

We’ve all been young once, and many still are. Therefore, there’s an opportunity to party with your colleagues at both the summer party and Christmas lunch.

Located in the heart of the canteen is a large battleground. When the brain needs a break, you can play ping-pong in the monthly championship, among other things.
Feedback culture
We constantly work on supporting each other and becoming skilled at our own work and collaboration. Therefore, we continuously give each other feedback so we develop.

We help vulnerable children and their families
At Morningtrain, we support organizations that make a difference for children in vulnerable and disadvantaged life situations as well as their relatives.
Therefore, we sponsor Danish Hospital Clowns, Families with Cancer-Affected Children, and the Association for Cancer-Affected Children, all of which work to create security and joy for children and young people who are struggling.
