As a Customer Success Specialist, I am committed and conscientious in my relationships with both clients and colleagues. I balance professionalism with a relaxed and human approach, so collaboration always feels natural and built on trust.

I thrive in an environment where there is room both to be sharp and to make things easy and pleasant for others. With a strong sense of the situation, I adapt my communication to what is needed—whether that calls for precision or a more informal tone.
I take responsibility for the tasks, keep many balls in the air at once, and ensure that we reach the finish line safely. Finally, I am down-to-earth, have humour as a natural part of collaboration, and greatly value clarity, a good atmosphere, and a well-functioning team.
A good workday:
A good workday for me is when the outcome of a task is exactly as—or better than—expected. When the customer feels seen, heard, and understood, and I solve the challenge they are facing.
Bonus points if I also get to bounce ideas around with the team, laugh with colleagues, and make a good dent in our support tickets.
Fun facts:
- Always have music in my ears—not only because it is cosy, but also because it drowns out my tinnitus (thanks, teenage years and music that was far too loud).
- (Almost) always take cake home from the office for my partner. Cake > flowers. It is science.
- Once matched all 12 zodiac signs with the animals in a children’s puzzle. No one knows how. Not even me.
- My life path number is 33—one of the rarest in numerology. What does it mean? I do not quite know yet, but it feels important.
- Co-owner of Bilibam.dk and run Avera.dk alongside my job—because apparently one project at a time is not enough.
