When we launch a web product, we initiate a hypercare phase, typically lasting 14 days. The purpose of this phase is to ensure that your product works in “production” and that we can quickly improve any reported issues from users.

After the 14 days, we hold a feedback meeting where we formally conclude the project and ensure ongoing operations from there.
