Marketing materials to support sales activities

Skypuzzler is a Danish SaaS company that provides software for Drone ERP providers and is revolutionising the use of professional drones for, for example, courier services and more.
We helped them refine the brand visually and develop marketing materials for sales activities such as an exhibition stand, roll-ups, business cards, and more.

Challenge

Skypuzzler needed a professional refinement of their brand. Their market is conservative and driven by professionalism and data, so their identity needed to reflect that.

Plan

First, we defined the visual identity and the recommended changes. We then produced a design manual for the new identity. The marketing materials were developed in accordance with the brand guide.

Result

Skypuzzler was left with a new design manual, business cards, an exhibition stand, a brochure, letterhead, PowerPoint templates and animated videos, all of which can be used to support future sales activities.

From workshop to finished materials

It took only nine weeks, including revisions and printing, to go from the initial workshop to having the finished materials ready.

Skypuzzler was left with, among other things:

Exhibition stand

We based the design on a 3D drawing of the final exhibition stand. In our workshop, we discussed the desired look and feel of the stand, as well as what type of information it should contain.

We combined this with the new visual expression, resulting in a sharp outcome that suited both the exhibition stand and the target audience.

Animated video

Skypuzzler also wanted an animated video they could use in their sales pitch—a kind of digital elevator pitch that explains what their software can do, without overexplaining or giving the impression that Skypuzzler sells drones.

It needed to be an animated video, but the task was to create a serious video that did not become too “cartoonish”, as that would be perceived as unprofessional in the industry.
