  • PR:
    Many newspapers will include a link. You will be shocked at how easy it is to get into the paper (not on the front page, but still…) if you simply reach out to a journalist. It requires a fresh angle and a story they can use.
  • Follow up:
    If you do not receive a response, do not hesitate to send a friendly reminder. Often, a follow-up can make the difference between an ignored pitch and a new collaboration.

  • Morningscore: It has the same features as Ahrefs, where you can scan competitors and see their links. Morningscore is cheaper than Ahrefs, but less widely used.
