What is the purpose of a usability test?
Analysis of current performance
Is your current website performance just not up to par?
While it may be tempting to just make a new one as a kind of "shortcut" to a better conversion rate - a new website does not automatically improve the results.
Often, your current website can be a goldmine of insight that you can advantageously analyze. Once you have these insights, you can make a better and more qualified decision on whether you can realize the desired success criteria with modifications to your existing solution, or if you need a brand-new website.
We have experience with various types of website analyses. The very basic one is setting up tracking using Googles’ own tools. Using those you can quickly get an insight into how your website performs today and track your leads across your website. In addition, you can try to test some ideas and see what effect it gives before embarking on a redesign of existing solution.

It´s a common practice nowadays for physical stores to be fully analyzed in a way that gives the storeowner a clear idea of where to place the individual products to generate the most revenue possible. This empiricism comes, among other things, from data gathered with “eye tracking” technology. By using the eye tracking method, we can gain insight into the places and products that the customer pays special attention to in the store.
This method was used to build an AI tool based on neuroscience - and we apply the same method to your online store. We use this tool to scan designs and see which elements attract attention, and how easy the design is to read. These insights are then used to make strategic changes in the designs, which means we are now designing based on data and not on a gut feeling.
