Meta Trak, based in Faaborg, provides insurance-approved trackers for private cars, larger fleets, leasing companies, and other valuable assets. However, their robust hardware product lacked the corresponding strength in their digital foundation.
With a new product-focused website and customer portal, manual processes were automated, allowing customers to experience an even more streamlined customer journey.
