New Scandinavian Custom-Developed Webshop

Prima FaerdigHaek was in the market for a modernized and custom-developed webshop for the Scandinavian market, which could ensure effective lead generation, a clear online customer journey, and not least, less administrative work for the internal colleagues at Prima FaerdigHaek in Ringe.

Problem

Prima FaerdigHaek was in the market for a completely new webshop solution, as their existing webshop was very outdated both in its visual expression and the necessary functions for the business to continue capturing market share online.

The old webshop required a lot of manual maintenance and did not convert well, which needed to be addressed with a new custom-developed webshop.

Plan

The plan was first and foremost to outline the new design and map out the entire new webshop and the desired features.

This plan was aligned with the overall goals for how the manual work would be automated, including the integration of intelligent variables for the different shipping zones in the Nordics and a comprehensive product configurator solution to support online lead generation.



Result

The result was a comprehensive custom-developed webshop that could launch across the entire Scandinavian market with all the necessary local adaptations, such as including different shipping zones in the Nordic countries.

Additionally, we succeeded in making the user journey on the webshop much more self-sufficient, allowing more customers to self-service on the webshop, freeing up valuable time for Prima Ready Hedge’s colleagues.

This product configurator significantly increased sales on the webshop and significantly relieved support via email and phone, as users could now find the necessary information to make a purchase decision on the webshop.
