New B2b Platform Digitizes Document Management
Ammongas (European Energy A/S) supplies customized environmental technology systems for air and gas purification, odor removal, biogas upgrading, and separation and distillation of ammonia. They have an office just outside Copenhagen but are part of European Energy, which is a global player in green energy.
We have built a new B2B service platform that has digitized their document management and streamlined their service at more than 40 plants in Northern Europe.

With the new service platform, we have created a structure that makes it easy for Ammongas’ employees to keep track of whether the necessary documentation is available for each plant.
This makes the process easier and less time-consuming for employees, freeing up time for more value-creating activities.
At the same time, it provides better customer satisfaction because customers always have easy access to the documentation they need.
Results
Automation of manual work
We have helped Ammongas to automate their manual maintenance of the systems, which they previously spent a very long time on. This has freed up time for more value-creating tasks.
In addition, we have used user management to make it possible for Ammongas’ team to gain access to upload documentation, while their service engineers can now find exactly the documents they need on each plant.
Ammongas’ new service platform now allows them to scale and grow in line with their needs.
