Test your AI maturity: Is your company ahead or falling behind?
Take our test and discover how strong your position is in a world where more and more companies are increasing their competitive edge through AI – and what we recommend you should focus on. The test takes 2 minutes.

What is AI maturity?
When we talk about a company’s AI maturity, it is in relation to the company’s overall ability to adopt AI and its capabilities, and actually succeed in creating value for the company with the tool.
There are starting to be a long list of tasks that should no longer be done manually, and companies that do not modernize their workflows risk losing competitiveness to those that do.
Test your company’s AI maturity
Answer the questions below to see whether you and your organization are properly equipped for an AI-driven reality – or whether you’re falling behind your competitors.
The test contains 11 questions and takes 2-3 minutes.
Is AI a permanent item on the management agenda?
Which companies should adopt AI?
It is obviously “computer tasks” that will be most affected by AI taking over the world. In other words, we would recommend that you look towards ‘desk jobs’ and see if there are any tasks that can be made smarter, better and faster.
The following are the types of tasks that you should consider making smarter with AI:
- Manual typing tasks
- Reporting
- Repetitive administration tasks
- Light production tasks of e.g. sales and marketing materials
- Text production (requires training of an AI model)
- Troubleshooting (applies to everything from code to documents)
- Translations
- Idea generation and much more
Remember: Your use of AI still requires that you set up rules and frameworks for your AI model. Otherwise, you will not get a valid or correct output.

What not to give to AI
You shouldn’t throw your brain in the glove compartment and give the keys to AI. It’s a tool, and just as a hammer can’t build a birdhouse without a person to control it – neither can AI.
You should be familiar with everything AI produces/does, but your role should be:
- Advisor
- Supervisor
- Input provider
- Context marker
And then you should produce it.
Here’s my list of things I wouldn’t give to AI:
- Strategy work
- Customer service (maybe from the paperwork, but not in the meeting with the customer)
- Sales
- Human resources management
